Cut

The cut is the most important characteristic of a diamond and the least
discussed. The reason for this is there has never been a worldwide accepted
grading for CUT. A diamonds ability to reflect light and brilliance is a direct result
of how finely the diamond is cut. Ideal cut diamonds have a much greater value.
Consumers can use this to their advantage and buy a well made diamond that
is not an ideal cut for a much lower price.
